1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item:
- Is unused and in original condition
- Includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or installed car seats
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Custom or special-order items
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@medi-carseat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
